All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. The US3000C can be used to expand an existing US3000 bank. Please note, the US3000C needs to be used as the master battery when used to expand an existing US3000 bank.

You can optionally add mounting brackets BRACK-US3000 to this product for a stable base, and to allow easy stacking of multiple units.
Of the products that sell, the PylonTech batteries are only compatible with the Solis Hybrid, Deye Hybrid, Voltronic Axpert, GoodWe ES, EM, and the Victron Multiplus 48V.
DIP switch has been deployed reversely. ON is down, OFF is UP. If DIP switches need to be 1000 then set it to 1110. MAX DISCHARGE AND CHARGE RATE IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR +- 60 SECONDS
