All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. The Greenrich 3.68kWh Lithium-ion Battery is one of only a few lithium-ion batteries that can offer 2C discharging ratings for solar systems. When solar lithium-ion batteries such as Pylontech or Dyness batteries come under heavy load, a load that requires a great deal of amperage, these 0.5C batteries usually can not accommodate the amperage load requirements and this might lead to the whole system tripping. Installing only one 0.5C battery can lead to many system trippings in a standard 5kw or 8kw solar inverter setup.
The Greenrich 3.68kWh Lithium-ion Battery allows you to accommodate higher amperage appliances, usually, appliances using electrical elements to heat water or to generate any form of heat such as kettles, heaters, pool pumps ovens, and geysers. During load-shedding, the batteries should accommodate higher amperage loads or short-period surges on some appliances and this is where the Greenrich 3.68kWh Lithium-ion Battery comes in.
The Greenrich 3.68kWh Lithium-ion Battery can be configured in parallel configurations to expand on your battery bank in the future or match your existing load with sufficient and reliable battery storage power.
