Possible remedies:

Remove all your appliances from the wall sockets and then try switching the circuit breaker up again, if it remedies the situation it means that you have a faulty appliance and this is the most common situation in Prolecon.When your earth leakage trips common to Prolecon, first switch off all circuit breakers and wait about five minutes for the earth leakage to cool down then switch it on again after which you need to switch on every circuit breaker one at a time.Never immediately after a circuit breaker or your earth leakage tripped switch it on again because it has a coil on the inside that heats up and when you simply switch it on again and it trips the coil gets damaged resulting in the circuit breaker or earth leakage being replaced which we had to do a million times over in Prolecon.
